Let’s Get Moving at 8:15 AM – Join My Online HIIT Class!
If you’re ready to start your day with energy and purpose, this class is for you. It’s a
1-hour session where we’ll challenge ourselves, sweat together, and finish feeling stronger and more accomplished.
What’s in it for you?
• A quick warm-up to prepare your body
• 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up and work your entire body
• A calming stretching session at the end to help you recover and feel refreshed
This class isn’t for complete beginners, but it’s totally okay if you’re not at your peak fitness level yet. You’ll have room to adjust the intensity and grow stronger every week.
We’ll keep it simple — no fancy equipment required. Just show up, give it your best, and enjoy the process.
